Meet the BrickWorks team

BrickWorks is Auckland-based husband and wife team – Simon and Sarah Ritchie – both Certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators.

Simon and Sarah have been working in and around the teaching, training, facilitating and business arenas for 30+ years each. They have a passion for seeing individuals and teams strengthened and grow, leading to more productive and profitable businesses and organisations.
